Thanks to those who responded to my video. The asnwer which seems to fit the video the most was:
“Your kitty looks like he has spasticity, a genetic problem that sometimes shows up in Devon Rex cats. They do have trouble eating, and other problems you might like to do some reasearch on. There are some health lists on yahoo that you may be able to ask questions and find someone who has had a cat like this before.”
While this is not a Devon-Rex cat, the description of this condition describes nearly perfectly the problems my cat is having. He is the most congenial Siamese I have ever owned. We’ll just love and enjoy each other as long as possible.
